LEIGHTON — Mary “Trudy” Aday Harrison, age 60, of Leighton, passed away on Thursday, April 18, 2019. Her visitation will be Tuesday, April 23, 2019 from 6 to 9 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia. The funeral service will be Wednesday, April 24, 2019 at 2 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Eddie Osborn officiating.

Trudy was a dedicated cook at McDonald’s serving 17 years for D. Martin, Inc. She was preceded in death by her parents, James Rayford and Mildred E. Aday.

She is survived by her children, David Wayne Aday, Misty Michelle Sargent and Carrie Lynn Nearn; brothers, Williard Weems, Jimmy Aday, Jerry Aday and John Aday; sisters, Pam Moore and Sandra White; grandchildren, Bryson Smith, Kimberly Aday, Joanna Sargent, Lilly Sargent, Eli Sargent, Xander Singleton and Gwendolynn Singleton; and great-grandchildren, Jackson Smith and Avianna Smith.

Pallbearers will be Ricky Stutts, Justin Terry, Dustin McCreless, David Smith, David Smith, Jr. and Bryson Smith.

The family would like to give a special thanks to Keller Hospice.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family in the care of Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia.
