Although she had a hard life Valerie was very happy after meeting Jim on the internet. She and Jim were married almost 10 years, and was finally at peace in Los Lunas.

Valerie always said her greatest achievement was her son Aaron.

Her sister Rose came and lived with her and Jim for 3 months. Valerie use to call herself the "Baby Bag" and her sister, Rose the "Old Bag". It was during this time Valerie found the Lord. Although She was not affiliated with any church Valerie and Rose did bible studies together and she started praying. It is our belief that Valerie is finally at rest with her Lord and Savior. Her favorite music was country and she absolutely loved her fur babies.
