Mary Anne Evans Hall died from cancer Feb. 28 in San Jose, California.

She was born Nov. 27, 1906 in Malad, the daughter of William Morgan and Mary Evans. She received her education at Malad, and married Taft Hall June 1, 1925. They were later divorced.

She is survived by three daughters and one son: Mrs. Malan (Rosemary) Davis, Mrs. Glen (Beverly) Studith, Mrs. Michael (Kathie) Darnell, all of San Jose, Calif.; and Barry Taft Hall, San Francisco.

Also surviving are 12 grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and six brothers and sisters: Raymond Evans of Malad; Mrs. Herman (Leah) Cohl, Edward Evans, both of San Francisco; Mrs. A.J. (Bonnie) Cavana, Alemeda, Calif.; Lester Evans, Grass Valley, Calif.; and Amos Evans, Redwood City, California.
