She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Robert Russell Mills; her son, Ronnie Dale Mills; her brothers, Silas Tipton, J.D. Tipton, and Paul Tipton; her sisters Margaret Terrill and Nadean Bradley.
She is survived by her son, Richard Lee Mills of Atkins, Arkansas; her daughter, Paula Hoffman of Atkins, Arkansas; her sister, Lavern Kerr of Clarksville, Arkansas; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Open visitation will be held at Hardwicke Funeral Home in Clarksville, Arkansas.
A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m., Wednesday, April 17, 2019 at Union Grove Cemetery in Clarksville, Arkansas with Reverend Amos Pledger officiating. Pallbearers will be family members.
