Son of Ralph McCormick and Jessie Bass McCormick Metsker Grimes.
Survivors include son Ryan "Pete" (Cindy) McCormick; daughter Kristen "Ciss" (Chip) Romanovich; granddaughters Elyse, Emily and Olivia Romanovich; his mother; brothers Mike (Nancy), Tim (Cindy) and Tom (Nita) McCormick; step-brother Laine (Sherry) Metsker; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, step-fathers Bill Metsker and Burley Grimes, and step-brother Alan C. Metsker.
1967 graduate of Crawfordsville High School.
Served in the US Army in Vietnam.
Worked at the McCormick-Metsker Agency selling real estate, and opened the McCormick Companies, doing electrical, heating and air and alarms
Memberships included the Elks, Masonic Lodge and Vietnam Veteran's Association.
Memorial gathering 5-7pm Thursday at Burkhart Funeral Home with service at 7pm led by his brother, Tom McCormick. Casual attire is welcome.
