Doris had a career in produce in Sunflower. She was loved by all who knew her and will be dearly missed.
Doris is survived by her four children, Nathen Wiggins (Marcie), Aaron Thompson (Amy), Nancy Colbert (Rick) and Eva Leach; eleven grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, W.E. Thompson; sons, Stephen Dillard and Raymond Wiggings; daughter, Donna Hood; brother, Raymond Wynn and sister, Faye Bryant.
Visitation will be Friday, April 12 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Saturday, April 13 at 8:00 a.m. followed by the funeral service at 10:00 a.m., all at Tutor Funeral Home in Mendenhall, MS. Interment will be in Mendenhall City Cemetery.
Arrangements are entrusted to Tutor Funeral Home of Mendenhall.
