METTER - Wayne Edward Fordham, 70, died on Tuesday, January 28, 2014 at Candler County Hospital. He loved playing cards, eating out with friends, music and movies. He was a member of Metter First Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Myra Sanders Fordham of Metter; Son, Victor Wayne Fordham of Metter; Daughters, Tami Fordham Lindsey of Vidalia and Michelle Fordham (Jerry) Holloway of Metter, nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 31, 2014 at 3pm, at Metter First Baptist Church. The family will receive friends from 2pm until the hour of the service.
