April 22, 1935 - August 28, 2016 Freda Ann Moore, 83, of Oceanside, California, was ushered into the presence of our Savior on August 28, 2016. Freda was born on April 22, 1935 in Alton, Missouri. She married her beloved husband of 47 years, Howard E. Moore on June 27, 1952. Freda and Howard had five children whom they raised on a small farm in Central Washington. Afterwards, she and Howard settled in the Snohomish, Washington area where they built two homes. Howard and their oldest son, Danny A. Moore, preceded her in death. She is survived by her children: Debbie O'Hare, Terri (Phil) Barker, Bill (Vickie) Moore, and Janice Neely; seven grandchildren: Christine (Tom) Langager, Kathleen Neely, Matthew (Theresa) Moore, Jesse Moore, Peyton (Kayna) O'Hare, Ross Barker, and Callie Barker; as well as six great-grandchildren. A private service was held on Sunday, September 18, 2016 at GAR Cemetery in Snohomish, Washington.
