Winnie Allen Stafford, 89, of Siloam Springs, Ark., passed away Tues., Feb. 26, 2019 at the Fayetteville, Ark., Health and Rehab. She was born Oct. 27, 1929 in Fordyce, Ark. to Walter Anderson Allen and Alice Harris Allen.
Winnie had been an office manager for the Washington Regional Hospital for many years and was a member of the First Assembly of God in Siloam Springs, Ark.
She was the widow of C.L. Stafford and was also preceded in death by her parents, and sons Ken Stafford and Jim Peterson. She is survived by sons Les Stafford (Shirley) of Surf City, No. Car. and Danny Stafford (Sharon Tillery) of Siloam Springs, Ark. Also surviving are eight grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren, along with many other family members and friends.
Visitation will be held at the Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Home in Siloam Springs, Ark. on Sat., March 2, 2019, from 6-8 pm. The funeral service will be held at their Chapel on Sun., March 3, 2019 at 2 pm. Burial will be conducted at the Fairmount Cemetery near Gentry, Ark.
