Funeral Services Held On Monday, April 6
WYOMING-—Mrs. Lena Buchholtz, 80, Wyoming, died Thursday, April 2. Funerai services were held Monday afternoon, April 6, at Zion American Lutheran church, Wyoming. Rev. Robart R. Aisrens conducted the service. Interment was in the Wyoming cemetery.

Pallbearers included Raymond Holtz, Glen Westphal, Raymond Huggans, Ronald Holtz, Ivan Fiedler and Walter Holtz.
Life Outlined
She was born Lena Fiedler, Jan. 7, 1884, daughter of George and Catherine Fiedler, Princeton, Ill. She came to Wyoming with her parents when she was seven years old. She grew up on a farm and attended Wyoming public schools.

She was married Feb. 8, 1905, to John Buchholtz in a ceremony performed by Rev. Clemens at Wyoming. Couple farmed west of Wyoming until 1921 when they moved to Wyoming. She had been a life long member of the Wyoming Lutheran church and an honorary member of the Women of Zion.

Survivors include two children, Frances, Mrs. Carl Wurst, and Fred, both of Wyoming, five grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband July 6, 1950; her parents, one child who died in infancy; a brother and two sisters.
