Her great-great-granddaughter, Marjorie Nuckolls Mooberry, is an active member of Quivera D.A.R. Chapter. The June 23, 1935, issue of the Lincoln State Journal carried a story about Mrs. Milliken:

Two selections by the Fairbury Municipal band; salute to the flag; prayer by chapter chaplain Mrs. Winora Garnsey; music by Fairbury Municipal band; greetings by chapter regent Mrs. Rosa Taylor; unveiling of marker, Mrs. Pauline Cramb Nuckolls, great-granddaughter of Mrs. Milliken; decorating of grave, Marjorie Leigh Nuckolls and Billy Cramb Nuckolls, great-great-grandchildren of Mrs. Milliken; acknowledgment, Miss Myra A. Cramb; biography, L.K. Cramb; eulogy and reminiscences, W. F. Cramb; music by band; benediction, Rev. Harry F. Huntington; taps."
