Mrs. Addie LaForrest Mulkey Boyette , 57, died on Wednesday morning at her home after an extended illness .
A native of Pierce County and the daughter of the late Farish Carter Mulkey and Laura Wright Mulkey .
She was a member of the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church and the Woman's Missionary Union and of the Jesup chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star..
