Arline Bishop Jay of Dallas, Texas, passed away on Friday, March 15, 2019. She was born in Dallas on December 19, 1930. Arline graduated from Saint Joseph’s All-Girls School. She was married to Charlie F. Jay “Frank” on September 10, 1948. They were married for 70 years. Arline was a member of Saint Pius X Catholic Church in Dallas, Texas.
She is survived by her husband, Frank; her daughters, Loretta Thomas and husband Billy Wayne, and Jill Lucius and husband David; her 5 grandchildren, Billy Keith Thomas and wife Amy, Kevin Wayne Thomas and wife Heather, Joe Frank Thomas and wife Stormy, Adam Jay Lucius and Sara Elaine Lucius; and 5 great-grandchildren, Ben Thomas, Sam Thomas, Tyler Thomas, Emma Thomas, and Haylee Johnson.
Funeral arrangements for Arline will be held at 10:00 am, Wednesday, March 20 at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Rowlett, Texas with a vitiation on Tuesday, March 19 at 6:00-8:00 pm at Sparkman-Crane Funeral Home.
