The Free Lance Star 12/30/1994; A graveside service for Mrs. Agnes Payne Howard, 76, of King George County will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday in Sunset Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Dennis Newton officiating. Pallbearers will be Robert R. Marshall II, Howie Welch, Harry S. Snellings, Edward Howard, Ronald DeShazo and William Tyndel. Mrs. Howard died Wednesday, Dec 28, at Hughes Home. Born in King George, She had retired as a blueprint operator from the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, and was a member of Potomac Baptist Church in King George. Survivors include her husband, Henry L. Howard; a son, Robert R. Marshall of King George; a daughter, Norma Jean Snellings of Fredericksburg; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service, Fredericksburg Chapel is handling the arrangements.
