Paul R. Joyner born on March 24, 1939 went to be with the Lord on March 2, 2019 at the age of 79. He is preceded in death by his loving wife, Rosie Joyner; parents, Harry and Catherine Joyner; brothers in law, Robert Barrera and Rudy Pereida.

He is survived by his sister, numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Paul served in the Rushville Police department for over 20 years. His presence in our lives will be dearly missed.
