Joyce Blauvelt Stowell, 77, died June 3, 2007, at Indian River Medical Center in Vero Beach. She was born in Ridgewood, NJ, and moved to Vero Beach from Suffern, NY and Deerfield Beach.
She was a homemaker.
Survivors include her husband, Charlie Metro Stowell of Vero Beach; daughters, Barbara S. Burgeson of Naples and Terri S. Kochersperger of Fairfield, CT; son, Thomas Alan Stowell of Davie; brothers, Harvey B. Blauvelt of Tolland, CT and David H. Blauvelt of Ridgewood; and five grandchildren.

SERVICES: At the request of the family, there will be no local services. Interment will be in the family plot at Valleau Cemetery, Old Paramus Reformed Church, 660 E Glen Ave., Ridgewood, NJ 07450.
