She was married to William Terrell Smith who was a first cousin to my great great grandfather, Thomas Wright Smith, who was married to her sister, Julia Ann Cantrell.
They were blessed with seven children: Aaron Smith, Mary Temperance Smith Hall, Frank Smith, Adeline Smith, Sarah Smith Hall, Minerva Smith and Fred Smith.
She died on June 23, 1912.
