Phyllis G. Kilver 80 of Winchester passed away Wednesday February 27, 2019 in Jacksonville. She was born June 3, 1938 in Biloxi, Mississippi the daughter of the late Robert and Mae Greenwalt Strawn. She married Wayne Kilver June 26, 1966 in Winchester.
Phyllis graduated from Jacksonville High School, attended William Jewel College and Hardin Business School. She was a farm manager and a member of the Winchester United Methodist Church, Beta Sigma Phi Sorority, Red Hat Ladies, Lady Land Owners and the Republican Women's Club.
Phyllis was a devoted mother, grandmother and friend.
Surviving are her children Pat (Mike) McKean of Jacksonville and Phillip Kilver of Winchester, grandchildren Tommy, Sarah, Curtis Kilver, Zach Stout and Madison McKean.
Preceding her in death were siblings Patricia Jackson, Robert and David Strawn.
Funeral services will be held at 11 am on Saturday March 2, 2019 at the Winchester United Methodist Church. Burial will be in Manchester Cemetery.
The family will meet with friends on Saturday from 10 am until the time of the service at the church.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Winchester United Methodist Church or Winchester EMS.
