Forrest Booth, 76, formerly of Marshall Road, Sylvania died yesteday in Sun City Center, Fla. Also known as Sonny, he lived 10 years in Florida. He was a retired mechanic for the Nicholson Concrete Co. and a bus driver for the former Community Traction Co. Surviving are his wife, Thelma; sons, Harold, Tom, Jim, and Mike; daughters, Mrs. Kathy Schultz, Mrs Sandy Ulrich, Mrs. Connie Madden, and Mrs Thelma Lipkney; sister, Mrs. Esther Sturm; stepmother Mrs. Vera Booth; stepsister Lois Eckert, and stepbrothers George and Lynn Booth. Services will be Wednesday in the Prince of Peace Church, Sun City Center.
