Kenneth was born on December 17, 1955, in Corsicana, Texas, to Raymond L. and Dealey Brown Barber. He retired from the city of Corsicana in March 2013. He was a wonderful person with a kind loving spirit. He loved spending time with family and friends. Nothing made him happier than spending time with his grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his son, Kenneth Jason Barber; mom, Dealey Barber; and brother, Alan Barber.
Survivors include his wife of 44 years, Debra Diane Reamy Barber; daughter, Kayla Simmington and her husband, Justin; granddaughter, Jaycee Simmington; grandson, Jaxon Simmington; father, Raymond L. Barber; sisters: Carolyn Phillips, Thelma Neal, Delores Latham, and Linda Holifield; brothers, Raymond Barber and Bill Barber; and a number of nieces and nephews. U5
