A homemaker who lived in Vancouver the past 27 years, Elizabeth Ann Whiteside died in Vancouver on Friday, Nov. 26, 1999. She was 85.
Mrs. Whiteside was born Oct. 7, 1914, in Bridgeport, Calif.
Survivors include her husband of 60 years, Edwin, at home; one daughter, Barbara Whiteside of Smithtown, N.Y.; and one brother, Richard Barnes of Reno, Nev.
Mrs. Whiteside graduated from the University of Nevada and taught school in Nevada for four years. She was a seamstress and made clothes for her family.
A funeral will begin at 3 p.m. Wednesday at Memorial Gardens Funeral Chapel, followed by private burial in Evergreen Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
