Mrs. Lulu Lincoln, Troy Native, Leaves Large Family
CAMBRIDGE - Mrs. Lulu Decker Lincoln of Cambridge died May 11 in Bennington Convalescent Center, Bennington.
Mrs. Lincoln was born June 17, 1880, in Troy, daughter of John C. and Mary Goyette Walker. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Cambridge and the Poinsettia Rebekah Lodge of Cambridge.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Florence Watkins of Cambridge; two sons, Frederick Decker of Shushan and Fremont Decker of Arcadia, Ind.; nine grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren;a great-great grandchild.
Services were conducted Monday afternoon at the Charles A. Ackley Funeral Home, Cambridge, by the Rev. Maurice Beguin, pastor of the First Baptist Church of Cambridge. Interment was in Woodlands Cemetery, Cambridge.
