Ernie was born on December 15, 1967, in Council Bluff, Iowa, the son of George Thomas and Lois (May) Henry. He married Kim Hult on July 4, 1993 in Omaha, Nebraska. He and Kim moved to Eufaula six years ago. He and his son had a karaoke dj business.
