Kathleen Lorraine Johnston, 82, of Curwensville passed away Saturday, Feb. 16, 2019 at her residence after a lengthy illness.
Born March 24, 1936 in Curwensville, she was the daughter of Charles and Lydia (Turner) Campbell. Mrs. Johnston was a homemaker.
On March 23, 1957, she wed Boyd Elkin Johnston, who survives along with four children, Randy Johnston and his wife, Cheryl of Rockton, Jill Wasilko and her husband, Nick of Chester Hill and Ryan Johnston and his wife, Mandy and Sheree Hunt and her husband, Earl Jr., both of Curwensville.
Also surviving are a daughter-in-law, Sheila Johnston of Clearfield; 10 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; a sister, Elizabeth Snyder and her husband, William; and a brother, Charles Campbell and his wife, Sandra, both of Curwensville.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a son, Boyd Robert Johnston.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at the Chester C. Chidboy Funeral Home Inc. of Curwensville with the Rev. John F. White officiating.
Burial will be in the McClure Cemetery in Curwensville.
Friends will be received from 5 p.m. – 8 p.m. Thursday and again from 10 a.m. Friday until the time of services at 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
