Eliza LaForgue married Titian Ramsay Peale on 10 October 1822.

1838-1842: Titian on expedition leaving Eliza and four children for four years of the expedition.

She is buried with two of her children and those servants and their family who assisted in the care of her family while Titian Ramsay Peale was on expeditions. Mrs. Peale was not buried with her husband, as she was Catholic, as his father Charles Willson Peale complained about.
