She was born in Newport, TN, September 23, 1921, the daughter of Carl Everette McNabb and Elizabeth Robinson McNabb.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of sixty years, Charles Stokely Runnion, Jr., a son, Carl McNabb (Chip) Runnion, sister, Almeda McNabb, brother, Carl Everette McNabb, Jr., (Edna), parents-in-law, Charles Stokely Runnion and Maye Burnett Runnion, brother-in-law, James Burnett Runnion (Jo), and niece Cynthia Jo Runnion.
She is survived by her son, Charles Stokely Runnion, III (Joan), granddaughter, Brooke Runnion Weinburg (Brent), grandson, John Deweese (Chip) Runnion, all of Kansas City, Missouri; another granddaughter, Alesin Wells Runnion of Huntington Beach, California and a niece Vicki Maye Runnion of Louisville, Kentucky.
A memorial service will be held Wednesday, February 13, 2019 at 6:00 pm at the Episcopal of the Annunciation with Father David Garrett and Deacon Steve Thompson officiating.
Prior to the service the family will receive friends in the Parish Hall of the church beginning at 4:00 pm.
There will be a private burial in Union Cemetery.
