She was born on January 13, 1924, in Allen County, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Dora (Marquardt) Gable.
Gail graduated from Hoagland High School in 1941.She married the love of her life Vincent R. Wurm on December 19, 1942. They were happily married for over 64 years until his death in May 2006.
Gail had a long career as an ICU nurse at Parkview Hospital, and was an inaugural member of the Monroeville EMS.
She'll be remembered for her fiery red hair, her spunky personality, and her deep love of Jesus.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Vince in 2006; her older siblings, Marguerite (Martin) Fredrick; Sidney (Mildred) Gable; and Isabelle (Herbert) Corville; son-in-law, Richard Ahlersmeyer; and a grandchild, Bradley Wurm.
Services will be private. Burial will be held at Monroeville Memorial Cemetery.
