Janet Kay Melville, a long time resident of Hartland, died on February 7, 2019 at the age of 73.
She is survived by Bill, her beloved husband of over fifty-one years; her daughter, Wendy (Jim) Burch; her son, Mark (Corinne) Melville; grandchildren, Joseph Edward Melville; Wendy’s step-grandchildren, Ashley (Ben) Will and Kevin (Kristen) Burch and their children; brother-in-law, Randolph (Margaret) Melville and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and dear friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Elmira Elcar; siblings, Marie Hewitt, Dana Elcar, Jim (Carolyn) Elcar, Maryann Elcar, Mark J. Elcar, and sister-in-law, Cheryl (John) Spence.
Visitation will be held at Lynch & Sons Funeral Home, 404 E. Liberty St., Milford, on Monday, February 11, from 2-8PM, with a Scripture Service at 7PM. A Funeral Mass will be held at Church of the Holy Spirit, 3700 N. Harvey Lake Rd., Highland, on Tuesday, February 12, at 10AM, with visitation beginning at 9AM.
Burial will follow in Highland Cemetery.
