Mr. Johnny Mac Bennett, age 83, of Mayfield passed away on Thursday, January 31, 2019 at the home of his son.
He was a retired employee of the Kentucky State Highway Department and a U.S. Navy veteran.
Mr. Bennett is survived by one son, Dave (Patty) Bennett of Mayfield, KY; one daughter, Valeria (Mark) Davis of Mayfield, KY; two half-brothers, Donnie Tibbs of Fairfield, IL and Billy Gough of Graves County, KY; four grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents Noble “Dick” and Bessie Smith Bennett and one great granddaughter, Kyleigh Jo Bennett.
A memorial visitation for Mr. Johnny Mac Bennett will be 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. on Monday, February 4, 2019 at Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY.
