DUNBAR,THOMAS: Leicester. Sergeant, Capt. William Todd's Co., Col. Thomas Craft's Regt. of artillery stationed at Boston.

Thomas Dunbar is on the list of prisoners held captive on the prison ship "Lord Sandwich" during the Revolution.

Thomas Dunbar was son of John Dunbar and Abigail Tucker, husband of Lucretia Smith. Father of 7 children: Thomas Jr., Nancy, James, Betsy, Chloe, Lucretia and Lucy.

He was a Mayflower descendant from Richard Warren and the line has been proven and accepted by the GSMD.

Thomas is the brother of David Dunbar who is memorial # 43809687 on this site.
