John F. Mileham, 68, of Omaha, formerly of the Cherokee area, died May 3, in Omaha, Nebraska. Services will be at 11 a.m. May 4 in Johnston Funeral Home at Omaha. Burial will be at 4 p.m. May 4 in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, south of Marcus. The Rev. A. E. Goldhorn will officiate at the graveside. Greenwood Funeral Home of Cherokee will have charge of arrangements.
Mr. Mileham was born January 6, 1906 in Cherokee County, Iowa. He had lived in the Sioux City area and Cherokee area before moving to Omaha about 10 years ago. Survivors include daughters, Mrs. Wayne Schmidt, Mrs. Lloyd Gulling and Mrs. Darlene Machowski, all of Cherokee. Sisters, Mrs. Paul Conley of Marcus, Mrs. Evan Woodall of Cherokee, and Mrs. Pete Larson of Sioux City; eight grandchildren.
