RITES TO BE SATURDAY FOR JESSE ALLEN, 91
WINCHESTER - Funeral services will be Saturday at 2 p. m. at the Maynard and Walker Funeral Home for Jesse Allen, 91, retired Randolph County farmer who died Thursday at the Masonic Home at Franklin.
The Reverend Elvan Thornburg will be in charge of services and burial will be in Fountain Park Cemetery.
Mr. Allen had lived at the Masonic Home for four years and prior to that he had lived east of Winchester 80 years.
Survivors are one daughter, Mrs. Gladys Moore of Winchester; one son Ernest of Richmond; and 10 grandchildren.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 7 p. m. Friday.
