The source of burial comes from a statement by Isaac and Charlotte’s great grandson, Henry Hill, whom lived to be 99 years old. At the time of Isaac’s death, the land that the cemetery sits on was the property of his father, Absalom Johnston, whom helped found the Church.
The land was deeded to the Church by Isaac’s brother in 1847.

Given the number of unknown and neglected graves in this cemetery and in the woodline, I would venture to assume other members of the Johnston family are here as well. Especially as the Johnston’s were the original landowners and founding members of the church.
