Laura is survived by son, Jeffery Schimmel of Perrysburg, OH; daughters, Shirley (Calvin) McAnally of Luckey, OH, Gloria (John) Gurtzweiler of Perrysburg, OH; sisters, Eva (Gordon) Gentry of Mansfield, OH, Georgia (Chet) Wood of Ottawa Lake, MI; 8 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren. Her parents; son, Larry; sisters, Martha, Jessie, Ivy, Thelma, Dorothy and brothers, Harold, Russell and Edward Kurfis preceded her in death.
