Funeral services for Mrs. Nora Clevenger Barnett, 70, of Rt. 1, Catlettsburg, who died Monday in a Lexington hospital after a long illness, will be conducted at 2 p.m. tomorrow in the Twin Forks Church of the Nazarene.
The Rev. Jay Duvall will officiate, and burial will be in the Clevenger Cemetery on Cannonsburg Road.
The body will be removed from Kilgore-Collier Funeral Home to the residence of a grandson, Harvey Barnett, Jr., Catletts Creek Road (Ky, 168) at 5 p.m. today, and will be taken to the church at 1 p.m. tomorrow.
Mrs. Barnett, the widow of John Barnett, was a lifelong Boyd County resident. She was a daughter of the late Richard and Susan Collins Clevenger. She was a member of Missionary Baptist Church in Catlettsburg.
Surviving are a son, Everett Barnett, Rt. 1, Catlettsburg; three stepsons, Charles Barnett of West Salem, Ohio, Harvey Barnett, Rt. 1, Catlettsburg, and Otto Barnett, Ashland; a brother, Ed Clevenger, Rt. 1, Catlettsburg; a sister, Mrs. Ella Estep, Toledo, Ohio; 13 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
