Sarah/Sara was a daughter of Stephen Taft Albee & Sally Ann Coon of Steuben Co. NY. She was 19 yrs of age when she married Garner A. Aldrich.They had five daughters, Vivian Estella,Lettie Inez,Lulu,Gertrude May, & Sarah Maude.
Sarah was deceased on Dec. 29, 1881 at age 35yrs. of diptheria as well as their 10yr. old daughter, Lulu on Dec . 31st.
