                         Deaths
ADAMS—Myrtle Elizabeth Adams, 98, of Sunny Court Nursing Home in Falls City, Nebr., formerly of Reserve, died Sunday, March 7, 1976, at the Falls City Community Hospital.
    She was born October 19, 1877 at Hiattville, Kans., the daughter of Edward E. and Martha Stivers Johnson. She was reared and attended school in Ft. Scott, Kans., was married to Stephen Asher Grimes November 2, 1898. He died soon after. In October 1906 she married Adam J. Schaeffer. He died April 8, 1929. She married Joseph H. Adams, he died February 3, 1968. They lived near Wymore, Nebr., before moving to Reserve in 1965.
    She lived in the home of Mr. Mrs. Junior Adams after her husband's death and has been a patient at Sunny Court since 1969.
    Survivors include two sons, Raymond Lee Schaeffer of Westboro, Mo., and Carl Schaeffer of Tualatin, Ore.; three step-daughters, Mrs. Bessie McDonald of Denver, Colo., Mrs. Margarite Sweet of Nebraska City, Nebr., and Mrs. Lola Hammer of Anaheim, Calif.; two step-sons, Samuel Adams of California and Joseph Adams of Arlington, Texas; one sister, Mrs. Grace Reeves of Sidney, Iowa. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one step-daughter, two step-sons, five brothers and one sister.
    Funeral services will be Wednesday, March 10, at 2 p.m. at Chaney-Hodgens-Clark Funeral Home, with the Rev. Richard DeVillier officiating. Interment will be at Corneilson[sic] Cemetery at Reserve.
