Their two eldest sons, William (b. 1824) and Samuel (b. 1826) were born in Ohio, and six other children, included Frances C., were born on the way to Indiana or after they settled in Eugene, Vermillion Co., Indiana. In the late 1850s Robert and Martha moved on to Williamson Co., Texas. Robert passed away "about 25 Nov 1864," and Martha, "about 15 Feb 1865," according to their probate file in Williamson Co.Their graves have not yet been located.
Frances is the granddaughter of William Pyle and Mary Jones Pyle of Ross County, Ohio.
