Selma Belle Fischer died Saturday morning in a local nursing home.

She was born in Chelsea, Okla., Feb. 24, 1913, to William and Effie Mae (Cornelius) White. She attended school in Oklahoma. She was a home maker.

Selma married Gustav Fischer Oct. 20, 1956, in Dillon. He died in 1999. She was also preceded in death by her son, Warren Sleeth; great grandson, William Cullen; brothers, Dennis, Adrian, Jessie and Gloyd White; and by sisters, Virginia Whitmire, Elizabeth DeWitt and Ferril Rightmeyer.

She is survived by her only daughter and son-in-law, Patricia and Bill Doak, Blackfoot, Idaho; grandchil dren, James Clark, Rhonda Cullen, Sandi Warburton, Robert Doak and John Sleeth; great-grandchildren, Janet Clark, David Sinclair, Jimmy Cullen, Amanda Cullen, Beth Warburton, Andrea Warburton, Jillian Doak, Lucas Doak, Christiana Sleeth, Warren Sleeth and Misty Sleeth; sister and brother-in-law, Vida and Floyd Adamson, Lebanon, Ore.; brothers and sisters-inlaw, Virgil and Pearl White, Sterling, Colo., James and Ellen White, Oceanside, Calif.; brother-in-law and sis ter-in-law, John and Cecelia Fischer, Anaconda; sisters-inlaw, Lillian Fischer, Anaconda; Annie Fischer, Butte; numerous nieces and nephews.

Her remains are in Wayrynen-Richards Funeral Home where friends may call at 7 p.m. Monday. Services are 2 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home. Interment: Sunset Memorial Park.
