Samuel A. Hatten, of Chloe, WV and formerly of Creston and Killbuck, died Wednesday, Jan. 9, 2019 at Sycamore Run Nursing Home in Millersburg.

Sam was born June 18, 1924 in Fort Gay, WV to the late Philip and Lucy (Bartram) Hatten and served in the U.S. Army during WW II from 1943-1945.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Eula and brothers, Philip and George Hatten and an infant brother Billy.

Services will be Saturday, Jan. 19th at 1:00 p.m. at Murray Funeral Home in Creston. Burial will be in the Hatten Cemetery in Pritchard, WV.
