Marilyn A. (Morris) Blaine, 72, of Lehighton, Pa. entered into eternal res on Tuesday Jan 8, 2019 at St. Luke's Hospital, Lehighton, Pa. She was the wife of the late Robert J. Blaine.
Born in New Jersey on June 13, 1946, she was the daughter of the late William and Marie (Ziegler) Morris.
Prior to her retirement she was employed as a bookkeepper for Multi-Care in Clark, New Jersey. She was a graduate of the American Banking Institute Class of 1966.
Marilyn was a member of SS Peter & Paul Roman Catholic Church of Lehighton. She was a member of Argonne American Legion Post 6, Ladies Auxillary, Elizabeth, New Jersey and volunteered her time as the PTA/PTO president at the Rahway Public School. She also served as a Brownie and Girlscout Assistant leadeer.
Serviving is a daughter, Robin G. wife of Sean Balint of Lehighton; a granddaughter, Sienna Rose Balint and her grand dog dashshund, "Rugby."
Prayers will be held on Saturday, Jan 12, 2019 at 9:30 am at the Ovsak Funeral Home, Call 8:30-9:30 at Ovsak Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10 am at SS Peter & Paul Church, 242 N. 3rd. St., Lehighton with the Reverend William N. Seifer and Deacon Joseph Wilhelm officiating. Interment in Albert Cemetery, Mountaintop, Pa.
