Abel Elijah Kiene, 3 1/2-month-old son of Cory Kiene and Stephanie Hellinger, of Birds Hill Road, Pine Grove, passed away Monday in Lehigh Valley Hospital-Schuylkill E. Norwegian Street.
He was born Sept. 19, 2018, in Hershey.
Preceding him in death were his grandfather, Bruce Hellinger; grandmother, Jennifer Kling Kiene; great-grandfather, Frank Reed; great-grandmother, Constance Kiene.
Surviving, in addition to his parents, are his grandmother, Patricia Haldeman Hellinger, grandfather, Robert Kiene, great-grandparents, Ralph and Darlene Haldeman, and Helen Kling, all of Pine Grove, John Kling, Lewisberry, Linda Grace Hellinger, Reading, and Norton Kiene, Myerstown; aunts and uncles.
Memorial services will be held at 7 p.m. Monday at H.L. Snyder Funeral Home Inc., Pine Grove, with Pastor Richard Hoffman officiating. There will be a calling time from 6 until 7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer contributions be made to the Ronald McDonald House, 745 W.
