Bonnie Spurlock Gregory, 84, of Lexington, formerly of Versailles, widow of William Owen Gregory, died Wednesday, Feb. 2, 2005, at the Samaritan Hospital.
Born Feb. 21, 1920, in Jackson County, she was the daughter of the late Bige and Hannah Sparks Spurlock. She was a homemaker and a member of the Versailles Baptist Church.
Survivors include two sons, Kenneth Owen Gregory, Madison County, and Larry Joe Gregory, Covington, Tenn.; three granddaughters, Tracy Lynn Gregory, Shannon Gregory, and Erin Gregory; two sisters, Rose Shelton, Gainesville, Fla., and Linda Jones, Port Richey, Fla.; and a brother, Clyde Spurlock, Vero Beach, Fla.
Services were conducted Saturday, Feb. 5, 2005 at Clark Funeral Home, Rose Hill by the Rev. John Brandon. Burial was in the Versailles Cemetery. Casket bearers were her nephews, Billy Gregory, Wayne Gregory, Tommy Gregory, Paul Gregory, Randy Gregory, and Elmo Spurlock.
