Simpson Beverly Ingalsbe was born January 18, 1885, in Onaga, Kansas, and passed away at his home in Onaga on June 15, 1950, at the age of 65 years. At an early age he learned the jewelry and watch-making trade, which was his life's work.
He is survived by his mother Mrs. Nettie Ingalsbe; three sisters, Mrs. Bertha Pettygrove of Oxford, Neb., Mrs. Nora Hines of Onaga, and Mrs. Ada Mosier of Tulsa, Okla., and two brothers Freeman and Riley J. Ingalsbe, of Onaga. He was preceded in death by his father, Judson W. Ingalsbe and two brothers, Brooks and Bela Ingalsbe.
Mr. Ingalsbe has lived in Onaga most of his life.
Funeral services were held from the Tessendorf Chapel on Friday afternoon, in charge of Rev. Heinz Schwarz, pastor of the First Congregational Church. Burial was in the Onaga cemetery.
