CONGRESSMAN, V.W. MAIN'S MOTHER DIES HERE
Mrs. Margaret M Main, 74, mother of Congressman Verner W Main, of Battle Creek, Mich. , and Mrs. Silva M. Lennon, treasurer of the Lennon Furniture Co., died of paralysis at 8 p.m. yesterday, at the Lennon home, 582 East Center Street. She had been ill four years.
Mrs. Main and her husband Elwyn B Main made their home with their daughter. Surviving with Mr. Main and their two children are a sister, Mrs. Lucy Miller and a brother, John P Lawrence of Prospect.
Mrs. Main was born October 23, 1861 in Thompson township, Delaware county, Ohio to John and Mary Catherine Howison Lawrence. Her marriage to Mr. Main took place Dec. 10, 1884 at Prospect.
Mrs. Main was a member of the First Presbyterian Church. Burial will be made in Marion Cemetery.
