In 1805, he is shown on the rolls of the Ancient and Honorable Volunteer Mechanical Fire Company of Baltimore.
At some time, he and his family relocated to Frederick County buying a farm in the vicinity of Taneytown, Md. where he lived until his death in 1830. He was buried from the Cathedral of the Assumption in Baltimore.

There is no marker, he and his wife Margaret were probably relocated from Pro Cathedral when it closed. He is buried beneath Leonard McGreevy according to NCC burial records.
