The Celebration of Life service for Reverend Rollo Adrian Michael will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, January 4, 2019, at New Hope Methodist Church with interment in the church cemetery. There will be a visitation from 5:00-8:00 p.m. Thursday, January 3, at Riverwood and will resume at 10:00 a.m. at New Hope.
Rev. Michael, 89, of Brookhaven, entered his eternal rest on January 1, 2019. He was born in Bombay, India, on April 11, 1929, to Percy and Jesse Michael. Rev. Michael was a servant and minister of the gospel of Jesus Christ.
He is preceded in death by his parents, sisters, Cynthia and Doris; and brothers, Lance, Trevor, and Loyd.
Those left to cherish his memory are, his wife, Margaret Michael; sons, Donald Michael (Cindy), Mark Michael (Nancy), Stan (Dina); daughter, Peggy Sue Michael-Rush (Larry); five grandchildren, Leslie Smith (Anson), Kimberly Townsend (Chris), Jonathan Michael, Benjamin Michael, Sarah Michael-Rush; and two great grandchildren, Riley Smith and Ethan Smith.
