Mrs. Mills was a native of Greene County but lived in Baldwin County for 60 years before moving to Commerce. She worked with J.P. Stevens, Georgia College and Baldwin County Court House. She was preceded in death by her husband Virgil Mills and was a member of First Baptist Church of Commerce.
Survivors include her daughter Marie Mills Adams (John) of Commerce, grandchildren; Candy Cason of Philadelphia, PA, Jennifer Edge of Irkutsk, Russia, John Adams, Jr. of Alamo, 9 great grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.
