NOVEMBER 30, 1936 – DECEMBER 20, 2018
Marianne Woodeshick, 82, went to be with Our Lord at 11:30am on December 20, 2018. She leaves behind her children Sherrie and John Woodeshick, four grandchildren, daughter-in-law Pam, who watched over her and a dedicated son-in-law David. She was a wonderful wife, nurturing mother, loving grandmother, and a caring daughter. She lived her life to the fullest and encouraged those around her to do the same. There was never a challenge that she met in life that she wasn't able to face or conquer with grace, strength, and without the love and support from her husband "Woody" and family. One of the things that she treasured most in life was spending time with the love of her life and best friend Harold. They shared a love of golf and travel and were inseparable throughout their 52 years of marriage. Marianne was a doting mother who prided herself in ensuring her children Sherrie and John always felt loved and cared for in every aspect of their life. Her grandchildren Cameron, Amy, Drew, and Katie have many precious memories of spending time with their "Meme" laughing, joking, eating her famous Christmas cookies, and always looking forward to her smiling face followed by a tender butterfly kiss. She left an indelible mark on everyone she met or had the pleasure of knowing her. She will be sorely missed by her family and friends and we are all comforted to know that she is finally resting in Peace with the Lord and her late husband Harold "Woody" Woodeshick in Heaven. It is not goodbye to our loved one, it is see you on the other side. In Lieu of flowers please make a donation to the Koman Breast Cancer Society in honor of Marianne who successfully defeated this disease.
