Ethel M. Tolson, wife of the late Capt. Chester C. Tolson, died at her residence. Mrs. Tolson was a dispatcher for the Army Corps of Engineers in Wilmington. She retired in 1962 after 15 years. She was survived by a son, three daughters, 17 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, and six great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services were to be held at the Gebhart Funeral Home, New Castle, on Friday, 8 Feb 1991, with interment in the Glebe Cemetery.
